PaidHero acts as a data processor. Our business customers act as data controllers and are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection of end-customer data.

PaidHero enables business customers to send transactional Short Message Service (SMS) messages to their customers related to completed services and outstanding invoices.

• Messages are strictly non-promotional and transactional
• Messages are sent only to individuals who have an existing business relationship with the sender
• Messages are sent only after a service has been completed or an invoice has been issued
• Customers are expected to reasonably expect these communications

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile phone numbers and Short Message Service (SMS) opt-in data collected through the PaidHero platform are never shared, sold, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This exclusion applies regardless of any other information-sharing provisions in this Privacy Policy. Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors (such as SMS delivery providers) strictly for the purpose of delivering the PaidHero service, and such subcontractors are contractually prohibited from using the data for their own marketing purposes.

End-user consent is obtained by our customers through their normal business processes, including:

• Service agreements
• Work orders
• Invoice acceptance
• Customer intake forms (online or offline)

Message frequency varies based on service activity and outstanding invoices. Standard message and data rates may apply. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP, and may request help by replying HELP.

PaidHero enforces strict policies prohibiting marketing, promotional messaging, or unsolicited outreach.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations.
